Celebrating Be8’s 21st anniversary while announcing the strongest results in our company’s history is a source of great pride. As we released our 2025 Integrated Report, I had the opportunity to share achievements that reflect the dedication of thousands of people and the trust of partners, customers, and investors who believe in the potential of biofuels to transform Brazil’s energy landscape. We closed the year with net revenue exceeding BRL 10 billion, EBITDA of BRL 809 million, and net income of BRL 488 million, results that demonstrate the consistency of our growth strategy and the strength of a sector that is becoming increasingly important to the country’s sustainable development.
One of the defining milestones of this growth cycle was Be8’s geographic expansion. We completed the acquisition of industrial facilities in Nova Marilândia (Mato Grosso), Floriano (Piauí), Santo Antônio do Tauá (Pará), and Alto Araguaia (Mato Grosso), increasing our production capacity by approximately 17%. Beyond expanding our manufacturing scale, these investments allow us to move closer to key consumer markets, improve our logistics efficiency, and strengthen our presence across Brazil’s North, Northeast, and Central-West regions. As a result, we became the national leader in installed biodiesel production capacity for the first time, reaching 1.71 billion liters per year, with the potential to account for more than 15% of the Brazilian biodiesel market.
At the same time, we continued to diversify our portfolio. In Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul, we are building a pioneering integrated facility to produce ethanol, DDGs, and vital wheat gluten from wheat, triticale, and other grains. This project will help reduce the state’s dependence on imported ethanol while enabling Brazil to fully replace imports of vital wheat gluten. We also signed a Letter of Intent with Air Liquide Brazil for the commercialization of the biogenic CO₂ that will be generated by this operation, further expanding the sustainable use of the resources produced through our industrial processes.
We also made significant progress in initiatives that point toward the future of the energy transition. The launch of Be8 BeVant® expanded our presence across multiple sectors committed to decarbonization, while our renewable hydrogen projects reinforced our long-term vision for the industry. Even in the face of challenges such as global geopolitical uncertainties, rising financing costs, and delays in implementing Brazil’s mandatory biodiesel blending targets, we have continued to invest, innovate, and expand our operations. I am convinced that Brazil has all the conditions necessary to become a global leader in renewable energy production while creating increasing value from the extraordinary potential of its agribusiness sector.
