Copa Truck will use 100% Be8 BeVant® in all trucks in 2026's season

Be8 takes the naming right sponsorship and the championship will be renamed Copa Truck Be8 BeVant®, the premier truck racing series in Brazilian motorsport. The new biofuel developed by the company cuts greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by up to 99%.

Be8, a renewable energy company, will become the official biofuel supplier to Copa Truck. The agreement provides for the use of Be8 BeVant® biofuel in all 40 trucks on the grid and secures title naming rights for the series, which will be rebranded as Copa Truck Be8 BeVant®.

This partnership with Copa Truck marks a further step in our market strategy to deliver a Brazilian renewable solution that is viable, safe and fully compatible with immediate decarbonization in highly demanding operations such as top-level professional motorsport. On track next season, we will place the energy transition at the center of competition alongside major automotive industry players. It will serve as a global example.

“Welcoming Be8 as the naming right partner of Copa Truck is a milestone for the championship. This partnership goes beyond sponsorship and positions Copa Truck as a protagonist in the discussion on innovation and energy transition, without compromising performance, competitiveness or the spectacle on track,” said Copa Truck CEO, Carlos Col.

Developed by Be8, Be8 BeVant® is a renewable biofuel that can be used at 100% concentration in diesel engines with no technical modifications or additional infrastructure investment. The product delivers the same performance while reducing GHG emissions by up to 99%, establishing itself as an immediate and effective solution for decarbonizing heavy-duty and urban transport.

“This initiative goes far beyond a marketing action. We are talking about a project that combines innovation, technology and sustainability in a practical way. We believe sport can and should be a showcase for solutions capable of transforming the transport energy matrix and contributing to a more sustainable future,” said Leandro Zat, Be8 Vice President of Operations.

Top-Level Competitiveness with Full Performance

Be8 BeVant® has already been approved in the championship’s pre-season tests, demonstrating stable, safe and consistent operation without any truck modifications. “The adoption of Be8 BeVant® preserves the championship’s high level of competitiveness, maintaining race performance and dynamics, which was essential for all stakeholders. Tests were monitored by technical teams from Be8 and Copa Truck, reinforcing our joint commitment to innovation, safety and sustainability. These practical validation stages strengthen the product and reinforce confidence that our solution is viable and scalable,” said Camilo Adas, Be8 Director of Energy Transition and Institutional Relations.

Available on the market since January 2025, Be8 BeVant® is already in use by more than 30 transport and generator companies, providing clean energy to bus operators, logistics firms, airport services and agriculture.

A Partnership Beyond Fuel Supply

In addition to biofuel supply and title naming rights, the Be8–Copa Truck partnership includes broad brand exposure across the championship platform. Be8 BeVant® will have visibility assets such as trackside signage, podium branding and interview backdrops, as well as relationship programs, fan experiences and special activations throughout the season.

The partnership reinforces Copa Truck’s positioning as a real-world laboratory for innovation and sustainability in motorsport and consolidates Be8 as a key player in Brazil’s energy transition agenda.
